Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate address changes or item changes to an existing order. We ship extremely fast, and it is our policy to only ship to the address provided by the customer on the order. If you need to make changes, please Contact Us, and we will assist you with what we can do to best accommodate your needs.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping and handling for all orders over $99.00. Your free shipping includes economy ground shipping via the USPS and must be within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping will be automatically applied to your order if you qualify.
How fast are orders processed & shipped?
Because of our commitment to providing the best in customer service, orders are shipped very fast and are very likely in the the shipping carrier shortly after your order is placed. All orders will be shipped within 1 business day.

Do you accept international orders?
Currently, we do not accept orders outside of the United States.
I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
We love providing fast mail calls. However, sometimes the shipping companies and Mother Nature work against us. If you feel your package is running late, please Contact Us and we will be glad to help find the status of your order.
Please understand as it’s our policy, Alpha Elite Fishing Tackle will take responsibility for packages that have not been delivered to the address specified on your order per the carrier's tracking information. Once a package is confirmed delivered by the USPS or UPS, we cannot accept responsibility due to, but not limited to, factors such as retail theft and fraud.
Is there a warranty for my items?
We ensure all tackle shipped is authentic, new, and not damaged. As a retailer, Alpha Elite Fishing Tackle does not handle warranty claims or provide refunds for defective products unless it is an Alpha Elite Fishing Tackle-branded item.
In the rare event you receive a defective product, we recommend you contact the manufacturer directly. All warranties, if any, are to be handled with the manufacturer.
