Return Policy

Alpha Elite Fishing Tackle prides itself on delivering the highest quality product and the best service, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. In that case, you may return NEW, unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Item Condition: Tackle must in its original condition, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Packaging must not be scratched or damaged.
  • Timeframe: You may return or exchange items within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Ineligible Items: Clothing including hats and towels are not eligible for return or exchange.

In the rare event we shipped the wrong product, please Contact Us immediately. We will make it right. We will likely request you send photographs to help us identify our error prior to you sending the product back to us.

Alpha Elite Fishing Tackle reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. Additionally, we will not accept orders or returns from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using USPS with tracking and insurance to ensure your return arrives safely.

We do not require a “Return Authorization,” but you should Contact Us to let us know you are returning items and if you have any questions or concerns.

Please follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Pack your items securely in a crush proof box with proper packing material so it doesn't become damaged in transit.  Product returned to us damaged because of poor packaging will not be refunded.
  2. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package and include a copy of your Alpha Elite Fishing Tackle invoice or packing slip inside the package.
  3. Mail your package via the USPS with tracking and insurance to:

Alpha Elite Fishing Tackle will not be held responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds:

We will inspect your return within two business days after receiving it. A refund will then be issued to your original payment method if your item qualifies per our return policy. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for your payment provider to process your refund.

Refunds will be sent only after returned tackle is received and inspected. We do not refund original shipping and handling costs unless it’s the result of our error. If returned tackle has been determined to be used or damaged, shipping costs to return it back to the customer will be at the customer's expense.

Warranties & Defective Merchandise:

We only sell new, authentic products. As a retailer, Alpha Elite Fishing Tackle does not handle warranty claims or provide refunds for defective products unless it is Alpha Elite Fishing Tackle-branded items. In the rare event you receive a defective product, we recommend you contact the manufacturer directly to discuss options with them.
