Daiwa Frog Dura Sensor x8 +Si2 braided Line offers unmatched strength, abrasion resistant, sensitivity, and casting distance. This is by far our favorite line to use when throwing a frog and flipping nasty structure especially at places like the Albemarle Sound and James River.
Daiwa uses high-quality, Tough PE fibers and adds an EVO Silicone 2 coating to make this line 300% more abrasion resistant than ordinary Daiwa braids. The tough PE fibers are thicker than those of previous lines. The EVO Silicone process adds a more slippery coating on the line surface for longer casting distance.
Using 8 strands, this line is very round, stronger, quieter going through the guides and more consistent, smooth, and abrasion-resistant compared to braids made with 4 strands. The main line color is "Battle Deep Green" with 50cm orange markings for increased visibility of subtle bites and 1m light blue markings every 50m for convenient rewinding.
