  • The Jackall Vividus Swimbait is built for one thing, getting a big swimbait to look alive during a slow retrieve. Its extremely soft body has no rigid internal core, allowing the bait to flex from head to tail and produce a natural swimming motion at speeds where many swimbaits lose their action.

Its Ridge Tail drives the movement through the body, creating a subtle head swing and realistic swimming action with minimal line movement. That makes the Vividus a winning choice when bass are following a swimbait but won't commit to a faster presentation. Jackall's field staff have specifically documented its ability to keep working at dead-slow speeds.

The floating body also gives you control over how the bait fishes. Change hook placement or add nail weights to adjust buoyancy, depth and fall rate. You can tune the Vividus for a floating presentation or a slow-sinking, horizontal fall to keep it in the exact zone you're targeting.

A specially formed internal wire provides the support needed to maintain the bait's shape without sacrificing its flexibility. The side hook eyes also let you run the hook farther back for better positioning and work the bait tight to cover or along the bottom.

    Why fish it:
    • Produces swimming action at extremely slow speeds
    • Ultra-soft body moves as a complete bait
    • Ridge Tail creates head movement and body roll
    • Floating design allows you to tune the bait with nail weights
    • Can be rigged for a slow-sinking horizontal presentation
    • Side hook position improves hook-up ratios
    • Excellent for working tight to cover and bottom
    • Realistic baitfish profile and detailed finish
